If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please email us at and we will email you a printable postage label. Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt. **
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (except for Christmas gifts where the period is extended).
** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging complete with tags. It must also include any complimentary gifts that may have been included as part of an offer.
Digital Downloaded files are not eligible for a refund.
Customised and MADE-TO-ORDER products are not eligible for a refund.
We work really hard to create beautiful products - each is made by a small team & quality checked before it's shipped. Please ensure you follow the care instructions of each product correctly so your product stays looking it's best.

Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
Please email to notify us that you would like to return your product and we will provide a return address & label to print. To return your product we recommend using a tracked service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot; therefore we suggest you arranged a tracked or recorded delivery service. For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items can also be exchanged or refunded as above - to the value of the amount paid at the time of your order. An original receipt must be included when returning. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to exchange you purchase for the same item or something of equivalent value, please send us an email at and we will provide you with our return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
